I celebrate Christmas—I love this time of year. It’s usually an excuse to eat, drink and be merry— celebrating the joys of the world WITH those you love. So, it’s a natural reaction to want to read a good romance story at the same time (goodness, anytime is a good time to read a romance, isn’t it?).
In New Zealand, Christmas is our main holiday period. It’s summer, and everything closes down from about the 23rd Dec to 6th January. School’s are closed right through until about the 1 February. It’s family time.
I always spend Christmas with my extended family and even though it’s summer here in NZ, I love reading Christmas romances set in snowy parts of the Northern hemisphere. I used to dream of experiencing a snowy Christmas when baking in the hot sun. Many years ago, when I lived in England, I got my wish. A dream come true.
What is it about snow, a roaring fire, mulled wine and a GREAT romance book to read that invigorates the imagination?
Anyway, for those of you who love Christmas romances too, I’ve grouped 3 of my favourite Christmas novellas into a little trio set of Regency Christmas stories—UNDER THE MISTLETOE TRIO – A REGENCY ROMANCE CHRISTMAS COLLECTION. I hope the set helps you get into the Christmas spirit, wherever you are in the world.
AND IT’S IN AUDIO TOO with Timothy Campbell!
Who doesn’t love heart-warming romances at Christmas or any holiday period? Especially when they involve dashing dukes, hunky highlanders, spunky heroines, and wounded heroes.
This historical holiday romance collection features:
- A Scot For Christmas
- Invitation To Pleasure (This Christmas)
- The Duke’s Christmas List
Three wonderfully romantic historical novellas to keep you warm on long winter nights.
