Once a cheat, always a cheat! Even if you told this woman her husband was cheating, chances are she'd forgive him and he'd eventually go back to his cheating ways. More fool her! Plus, she'd blame you for knowing and telling, maybe bursting her perfect little world. As you so rightly point out, in these times of deadly viruses, the partner needs to know to protect themselves. But should you tell? Your call. And good luck!

Very interesting... however, "cheating" husbands goes way back to settlement times in the U.S. Many wealthy/upper class men had (and do have) mistresses (plantation owners with their slaves, older men with younger women, etc.) so the whole cheating/trust issue is not new. However, HIV has only been with us the past 40 years. So, if you enjoy the spoils of marriage, take the bedroom down the hall. If you're in it for the emotion and romance, leave. If it's both... ahh, there's the rub!
